The Best Waffles Ever Recipe Below. Enjoy!

Best Waffle Recipe 

Ingredients

-3/4 Cup all-purpose flour
-1/4 cup of cornstarch
-1/2 Teaspoon baking poweder
-1/4 Teaspoon backing soda
-1/2 Teaspoon salt
-1 Cup of buttermilk
-1/3 Cup of oil (vegetable or canola oil)
-1 Egg
-2 Teaspoons sugar
-1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
Syrup for serving
IMG_1842In a bowl, add 3/4 cup of all purpose flour

Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
Add 1/4 cup of cornstarch
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Mix all the dry ingredients till they are combined

Now for the good stuff, add 1 cup of buttermilk
Add 1/3 cup of oil and 1 egg
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and don’t be scared to accidentally spill more in the bowl:)
Add 2 teaspoons of sugar

Mix well! Now pour the batter on to the waffle maker. If you don’t have a waffle maker go get one now! You have to try this amazing recipe!

You will have a little piece of heaven in your mouth once you take a mouth full of these amazing waffles!

-2 tbsp of oil 
-1 lb of shrimp 
-1/2 tsp of garlic powder 
-1/2 tsp of onion powder 
-4 garlic cloves 
-1 cup of diced onions 
-1 cup of diced red peppers 
-1/2 cup of coconut milk 
-1/4 tsp of salt 
-1 tsp adobo 
-1/2 cup of chopped cilantro 
-1/4 cup of lime juice 
-1 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes 

In a large bowl, season the shrimp with onion powder and garlic powder; toss to coat, and set aside

In a large pan on medium-heat, add oil. Once the oil is hot, add onions, garlic and red pepper, stirring for about 3 minutes. Add your diced tomatoes, salt, adobo and coconut milk. Let simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add shrimp, cilantro and lime juice and cook until the shrimp are just cooked through, about 5 minutes more. Serve on rice!

Harina de Maiz! I grew up eating Harina de Maiz wi Harina de Maiz! I grew up eating Harina de Maiz with lots of cinnamon on top! 

We all have a different name for this! Some may call it Crema de Maiz or Farina de Maiz. 

All I know is that it’s delicious, fast & and easy to make! I also ate a whole lot of this when I took my wisdom teeth out 🥴
